Securus Technologies CEO Advocates for Integrity in Providing Inmate Communications

At the most basic level, trust is fundamental to all business relationships. This is true for company-consumer as well as employer-employee relationships. Trust creates confidence in the ability to be respectful and fair. If you can trust a company because it has failed to demonstrate transparent in their dealing with consumers or fail to deliver their promise, you should not be bothered doing business with such company.

More importantly, breach of integrity can result in significant damage to the entire industry. To avoid this case, it is important to shame companies that violate integrity in the industry. Recently, the CEO of Securus Technologies, Rich A. Smith, he expressed his personal and industry disappointment with Global Tel Link (GTL). GTL has breached the various line of operation as a provider of inmate communication. According to PR Newswire, Securus Technologies intends to release different finding, reports, and articles supported by fact regarding GTL wrongdoing.

I strongly agree with Richard Smith views that the purpose of the business should go beyond generating profit. Businesses in law enforcement and correctional should lead as an example in providing satisfactory customer services to inmates, family members, and friends.

The first release revolved around breaches of GTL during its provision of telecom services to numerous inmates at the Louisiana Department of Corrections. According to report that was published by Louisiana Public Service Commission, the wrongdoing includes:

It was found out that GTL deliberately programmed the clocks used in timing duration of the calls to add some seconds to every call.

GTL also charged higher rates. They achieved this under price caps or tariffs. The investigation report shows that they added charges to call made by customers, which was accompanied by double and triple billing practices on a single call. This is very unacceptable.

As the largest provider of civil and criminal justice technology solutions, Securus Technologies boast of its broad clientele base relationships, which are based on trust and integrity. Early this year, Securus Technologies was rated as A+ company after accomplishing BBB accreditation.

Taralucci e Vino Providing Dining Pleasures

There are two distinct types of private dining experiences. There is an intimate dinner for a couple sometimes two couples but never more than three couples. It is an experience that is a complex collection of conversation, atmosphere, service, and finally food. But each element is important in the impact of this dining experience. If the service is rushed or in some cases too slow and plodding when conversations also are slow and plodding, it can be a problem. The service must not interfere with the conversation. The classic film, which almost totally took place inside a restaurant in New York, My Dinner with Andre is the case in point where timing is everything, and service is competent but understated. Food and drink can also be subjects for the conversation, especially if said conversation is lagging. But the physical atmosphere inside the restaurant must be right. Many prefer the dimly lighted and cozy atmosphere perhaps representative of aboriginal campfires where we were fed, warmed and hypnotized by the flames and felt that elusive sensation of being safe by in the presence of others.
The second general type of dining experience is the party or group dining experience. Here intimacy is replaced by access. The room instead of being small and cozy needs to be vast and accommodating to those in attendance whether sitting and standing.
In New York City two restaurants nicely meet the requirements of the first catagory.
There is the Acme on 9 Great Jones St,, in Noho. Here intimacy is the key, and the brick walls add a sense of texture and permanence. Danish chef Mads Refslund is in charge of the culinary arts, and fans of asparagus on toast hollandaise will not be disappointed. There is a downstairs candle-lit area for larger groups, which continues the intimate atmosphere providing for intense conversation and discussions about life. This is a perfect location for families or any close-knit business meetings or parties.
The second choice is the Four Seasons Restaurant in Midtown located in the Seagram Building an architectural icon expressing the design impetus of Mies van der Rohe and Phillip Johnson. This iconic restaurant must be experienced by both visitors and residents, if only once.
Taralucci e Vino provides this type of dining experiences for personal parties and corporate affairs. They proudly offer local produce from the Union Square Market and their extensive wine selection including small, family owned and operated vineyards in Italy perfectly reflect their commitment to the dining experience, and the wines complement and fulfill the dining experience. The Italian Restaurant of Taralucci e Vino will coordinate and provide the diverse elements necessary for that dining experience no matter the size of the intended party or group. Their experience will not disappoint you or your guests.
To truly live a life, you must have a gusto and a drive in everything you do. The experience of fine dining is one element of life which must be fully enjoyed by everyone.

At one time there were only a few cities where people were privy to actually shopping in a Fabletics store. There were stores in the northern part of the United States, but the south was practically excluded from Fabletics in concerns to physical location. That is why there is such a huge buzz about the stores that will be coming to a shopping center near you. The people that refuse to try on clothes before they buy anything may have never used the Fabletics website. It may take a physical store to get people to actually consider Fabletics clothes. Kate Hudson knows about this, and she is getting prepared to handle this matter with new locations.

More than a million people have ordered Fabletics clothes online, and the brand still has a strong online presence. It was working so well online that the brand started to advertise with commercials. The Fabletics brand has dresses and tops that are quite impressive for busy women. The Kate Hudson active wear line new and exciting. The swimwear at is also very nice as well. A Recap of Brian Bonar’s Successful French Restaurant, Bellamy’s

Located in the heart of San Diego, California, Bellamy’s is a haven of culinary masterpieces. This quaint restaurant, headed by master chef Patrick Ponsaty, serves impeccable French cuisine and a cozy ambience away from the touristy feel of the city.

The classic French cuisine is complimented by Escondido’s 1880s adobe-built and farm-inspired structure. Unlike other world-class dining experience, Bellamy’s kitchen is fairly visible from the diner’s sight. Chefs are seen cooking through a brick hole on the wall, giving that element of surprise and assurance that the food is well-prepared. Learn more about Brian Bonar: and

Bellamy’s menu showcases Ponsaty’s signature dishes starting with quenelle stuffed with beet sorbet from Suzie’s Farm with watercress and goat cheese, mushrooms, and sea scallops dressed in light truffle-scented carpaccio, as well as bacon-wrapped monkfish with morels.

Seasonal dishes include duck sausage, wild boar, and Spanish hare which can be paired with cherry-topped gateau Basque and caneles from Bordeaux.

Imagine a signature style corn soup in high-quality cream given a Basque treatment of espelette peppers, served over cold scallop ceviche spiced with ginger, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. The scent itself is enough to remind you of home. What more can Bellamy’s vibe do for a passionate soul?

Bellamy’s exquisite theme proves to be a delightful partner to Escondido’s old-fashioned town and a stark contrast to San Diego’s modern trendiness.

How did Ponsaty end up in Escondido’s rural area? His top of the line name in French cuisine earned him a spot at the Rancho Bernardo Inn aside from his stint at the Marine Room’s Bernard Guillas.

When businessman Brian Boner decided to put up Bellamy’s, Ponsaty was an automatic choice. Together with him, Bonar also hired El Bizcocho’s Mike Reidy as one of the executive chefs. The four-star restaurant built on top of a 144-acre grassy property automatically became an item for foodies, tourists, and locals alike who look forward to authentic French cuisine on American soil.

Scottish entrepreneur and financial expert Brian Bonar is the brainchild behind the success of Bellamy’s. He specializes in mergers acquisition, private equity, sales, sourcing, and venture capital.

His business prowess has helped companies become successful in their respective field. Interestingly, Bonar has got an eye to pair great food with a quaint and strategic location.

Bonar’s career started early in 1969 when he joined IBM as procurement manager. Later on, he became an engineer at QMS, where he supervised a team of more than 100 software and hardware development engineers. During September 1994, he founded his own Bezier Systems – the maker of the first printer powered by Small Computer System Interface technology.
